In 2019, Mike became a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach. He is able to offer additional exercise prescription above and beyond Pilates and Personal Training, which includes Olympic Weight lifting.
There has been evolving evidence over recent years that Strength Training is the most effective way to manage joint related pain, and is used in all sports training program to enhance sport performance, and is one of the core principles of physiotherapy.
