Strength & Conditioning is a great, and evidenced based way to improve your running, in terms of performance, endurance and most importantly injury prevention.
What better way to do this during lock down than taking part in our Strength & Conditioning class for runners. These virtual classes are aimed and improving strength in the key muscle groups used in running, delivered by Mike who is physiotherapist, as well as a coach in both Strength & Conditioning and in Running too.
