Since the COVID-19 outbreak and social distancing in early 2020, we immediately realised we needed to review how we delivered our services. We wanted to put client safety first, but provide them access to exercise and therapy.

One thing that Mike Stamp Physio & Exercise Therapy Services quickly realised, was we could deliver physiotherapy and their classes, via video link

From this, we have set up our own YouTube channel, where our clients can access their classes, Physiotherapy clients can access "how to perform" exercise videos, in addition to paper copies of exercises, so they can be reminded at the click of a button, all the cue points and do's and don'ts of exercising correctly.
