Since the COVID-19 outbreak and social distancing in early 2020, we immediately realised we needed to review how we delivered our services. We wanted to put client safety first, but provide them access to exercise and therapy.
One thing that Mike Stamp Physio & Exercise Therapy Services quickly realised, was we could deliver physiotherapy and their classes, via video link
From this, we have set up our own YouTube channel, where our Pilates clients can access their classes,twice a week as often as they like and when they like, according to their current work / life balance.
